PURPOSE: A burglar alarm of a farm tractor and a help signal transmitting device are provided to determine an occurrence of an event(such as an overturning of a vehicle, a crash accident, and etc.) by using an acceleration and inclination angle of vehicles, prevent the burglar of the farm tractor by controlling an operation of a starter motor by determining the burglar of the vehicle depending on an input signal and a measured speed, and send the position information of the vehicle and a help request message to a user terminal when the event or an urgent emergency is generated. CONSTITUTION: A burglar alarm of a farm tractor and a help signal transmitting device comprise the followings: a driving information acquisition unit(300) outputting a three shaft acceleration vector(ax,ay,az) and the inclination angle data by detecting the acceleration and inclination angle of the vehicle; a sub microcontroller(400) calculating and outputting a three shaft acceleration data average(Ax,Ay,Az) and an inclination angle data average by receiving the three shaft acceleration vector and the inclination angle data; a main microcontroller(500) determining an event occurrence by calculating a vector sum of the three shaft acceleration data average receiving the three shaft acceleration data average and the inclination angle data average, determining the burglar occurrence by receiving a first input and a second input, and outputting a start control signal; and a start controlling unit(600) controlling an operation of a start motor by responding to the start control signal.
