PURPOSE: A multi-user trading system using mobile communication devices and a method thereof are provided to enable multiple users to easily sell or buy goods that they want to sell or buy through simple procedure using mobile communication devices at any time and any place. CONSTITUTION: A multi-user trading system comprises a mobile communication device, an application(100) optimized to the mobile communication device, a data server(110), an update server(120), payment data(130), and a website(140) interworking in real time with the application and used through a PC. Information(150) inputted in the mobile communication device is continuously transmitted to the data server via wireless communication and is retransmitted to the mobile communication device as computational-processed data(160). The data server encrypts, computes, and merges trading data such as sale information, user information, buying information, and payment information after receiving from the mobile communication device and the application for generating optimized data for each operation device(100, 140). The update server processes the update information such as change of an operating system which supports the mobile communication device, change of service policy, or the like, and transmits the updated information to the data server for processing the updated information. The payment data is processed by a payment module of a PG(Payment Gateway) company or a distribution company, and transmitted to the data server as a trading payment(170) and processed data(180) thereof to the data server for managing data such as a remittance related to the trading.
