PURPOSE: A non-spicy kimchi burger and a method of making the same are provided to use non-spicy kimchi to be nutritious with vitamins and dietary fibers. CONSTITUTION: A method of making a non-spicy kimchi burger comprises the following steps. A hamburger bun(100) is prepared. A non-spicy kimchi patty(200) is the main ingredient and placed between the hamburger buns. Pickled non-spicy kimchi is made of non-spicy kimchi and placed between the hamburger buns. The non-spicy kimchi patty comprises of at least beef, pork or chicken and tofu, non-spicy kimchi, vegetables and bread crumbs. The pickled non-spicy kimchi comprises non-spicy kimchi, vegetables and sauce with olive oil for the pickled non-spicy kimichi. The non-spicy kimchi patty is made of a non-spicy kimchi as the main ingredient. The pickled non-spicy kimchi is made of the non-spicy kimchi as the main ingredient. A non-spicy kimchi burger(10) is made of the non-spicy kimchi patty, pickled non-spicy kimchi, vegetables, sauce and hamburger buns. |
