PURPOSE: A hinge device and an electronic device are provided to prepare first and second hinge axes installed in a first member and a second member which are upwardly and downwardly overlapped, thereby supplying excellent operability. CONSTITUTION: A first link(110) comprises a middle axis and a first hinge axis. A second link(120) is connected to the middle axis of the first link and includes a second hinge axis in a position which is faced with the first hinge axis. A housing(130) is connected to the middle axis. The housing includes first and second side guide holes which guide movement by combining a center guide hole and the first and second hinge axes. An elastic member(140) connects the first and second hinge axes in the housing and elastically moves the same.
