PURPOSE: A scan driving device and a driving method thereof are provided to prevent a scan signal of an abnormal waveform by initializing circuits of a plurality of scan driving blocks in an initialization process. CONSTITUTION: A second power voltage is transmitted to a first node according to a clock signal inputted to a first clock signal input terminal. A first power voltage is transmitted to a second node according to the clock signal inputted to the first clock signal input terminal and an input signal is transmitted according to the clock signal inputted to a second clock signal input terminal. A first transistor includes a gate electrode connected to the first node, one electrode connected to the first power voltage, and the other electrode connected to an output terminal. The voltage of the first node is reset with a gate on voltage and the voltage of the second node is reset with a gate off voltage.
