PURPOSE: An adhesive composition is provided to form an adhesive layer with excellent adhesion at room temperature and reworkability at low temperature. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition comprises an acrylic polymer or a partial polymer of the monomer component. The monomer component comprises C10-13 linear or branched (meth)acrylic acid alkylester and does not substantially contain carboxylic group-containing monomer. The monomer component additionally includes a polar group-containing monomer. The polar group-containing monomer is selected from a hydroxyl group-containing monomer and a nitrogen atom-containing monomer. An adhesive sheet(11) has an adhesive layer formed of the adhesive composition.
