<p>PURPOSE: A protective data from input failure of a non-volatile memory is provided to prevent the input failure in a memory device using the redundancy information of data items. CONSTITUTION: Redundancy information is calculated through a set of data items. The data items are transmitted to be stored in a memory(170). The redundancy information is maintained until the data items are successfully inputted to the memory and is consecutively disposed(160). When the memory input of the data items fails, the data items are restored using the redundancy information.
