PURPOSE: A pet robot synchronized with a virtual robot of mobile communication terminal equipment is provided to ensure the safety of the elderly and to readily handle emergency by contacting a contact network of emergency after grasping the occurrence of the emergency through communications of mobile communication terminal equipment and a pet robot. CONSTITUTION: A pet robot(150) synchronized with a virtual robot of mobile communication terminal equipment(100) comprises a communications unit, a synchronization process unit, an emergency processing unit, and a robot input transmit unit. The emergency processing unit comprises an emergency confirmation device, a first contact control unit, a second contact control unit, a user awakening order unit, and an image shooting unit. The second contact control unit secondarily contacts a contact network of emergency which is one of a hospital, a 119 center, and a police station if the situation of a user is not confirmed with a predetermined time passed after the first contact.
