PURPOSE: A purifier of metalworking process water is provided to perform sterilization of washing water, bad odor removal, anti-corrosion and rust removal by being composed of a running water separation part, an automatic backwashing and a redox refiner. CONSTITUTION: A purifier of metalworking process water comprises a chip filtering part, an oil and water separating part, a dirty tank (100), a clean tank (110), a redox cleaning part, and a secondary wash water tank(120). The chip filtering part filters metal chips and foreign materials and is able to perform automatic backwashing. The running water separating part filters oil. The dirty tank and clean tank store primary washing water. The redox cleaning part performs sterilization and bad odor removal by using oxidation and reduction reaction in secondary wash water. The redox cleaning part includes a redox reactor (400) in which the redox filter is installed. The secondary wash water tank stores secondary wash water. |
