HYBRID DAMPER FOR AN ACCELEROMETER

PURPOSE: A complex attenuator for an accelerometer is provided to perform the air attenuation by an air flow space which is formed between a fixed member and a conductive member and the eddy current attenuation by the magnetic field generated between a conductive member and a magnetic member, thereby having an improved attenuation function with a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A complex attenuator for an accelerometer is comprised of the followings: a fixing member(110); a conductive member(120) which is arranged to move forward and backward with the mass body toward the fixing member, and forms an air flow space between the fixing member for the air attenuation; and a magnetic member(130) which forms the magnetic field for the eddy current attenuation with the conductive member.
