PURPOSE: A payment method and apparatus of credit transaction between a call center and a service provider are provided to allow a service provider to be paid immediately with an allocated amount to a provided service before settlement date of the credit transaction, thereby enabling quick and correct credit transaction. CONSTITUTION: A payment apparatus comprises a customer terminal(10); a service provider terminal(20) which confirms a service requesting order of a service provider such as quick delivery driver or delivery driver and inputs situation of handling the service requesting order and payment data; a call center server(30) which relays the customer terminal and the service provider terminal; another call center server(40) which is connected to the call center server; and a financial institute server(50) which is connected to the call center servers for managing information of check card and settling costs of transaction. The call center server for processing a variety of data, controlling transmission of data, and managing records through the Internet or wireless transmission and reception, comprises a database in which a variety of data is recorded; an input device which allows a call center staff to input data of service requesting orders which is obtained through phone calls and input control commands necessary for operation of the call center server; and a display device on which a variety of data is displayed.
