PURPOSE: A smoothly planed board and a recyclable material, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to continuously manufacture of the board using a continuous transfer type conveyer belt sequentially molding the board using processing rollers. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a smoothly planed board comprises: a step of transferring a support foam wound in a conveyer belt in which a plurality of processing rollers; a step of forming a mixture one or more among vegetable fiber, chemical fabric, and mineral fiber with hardening resin, hardener, and release agent and discharging the mixture on an upper part of the support foam transferring in the conveyer belt; and a step of processing the support foam and the mixture to the board using the processing rollers. |
