PURPOSE: A press material supply and transfer automation system is provided to use a load cell which is composed on a magnet pad and a supply unit which is positioned on one side of a material guide in order to doubly block a two layered material from entering the mold of a press. CONSTITUTION: A press material supply and transfer automation system includes a material supply device(10), a material transfer device(30), and a control panel(3). The material supply device comprises a material carrying unit which rotates 180 degrees, and a material supply unit. A magnet pad(21) is provided on one side of a material guide of the material supply unit. The material transfer unit comprises an air cylinder which lifts or moves one feeding unit(31) and two or more discharge unit(34) on X axis and Y axis; an LM guide(41); and a ball screw. The supply unit comprises a load cell(33) which detects pressure. |
