PURPOSE: A supervisory control and data acquisition system and a method thereof are provided to prevent damage by estimating the lifetime of a load and repairing and replacing the load. CONSTITUTION: A load(1000) is installed in a field. A measuring instrumentation(2000) measures the state of the load and outputs the load as an electric signal. A supervisory control unit includes a sub load control unit(3200) to control the load. A remote control unit controls the supervisory control unit by receiving a user command.
