PURPOSE: A method for forming a rear electrode pattern of a multilayered thin film solar cell is provided to implement a dense pattern by filling a mold with ink and transferring the mold with the ink on a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A metal nano ink solution is coated on a mold to fill a recess of the mold with an uneven part. A substrate is laminated on the mold and is pressurized and heated. The substrate with a metal nanopattern is separated from the mold and is thermally processed. Metal is Ag.
