PURPOSE: A heater module housing with an inner space is provided to increase the insulation effect by surrounding a heat module. CONSTITUTION: A heater module(150) includes a housing(151), a hot wire(152), and an inner filling material(153). The housing is composed of a plurality of layers with spaces(154). The hot wire is surrounded by the housing and is regularly located on the inner upper side of the heater module. The inner filling material supports the hot wire of the heater module. The spaces between a plurality of layers are formed in a vacuum condition.
