APPARATUS FORMING FROST, LASER PROCESSING SYSTEM INCLUDING THE SAME AND LASER PROCESSING METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An apparatus for forming frost, a laser machining system including the same, and a laser machining method using the same are provided to irradiate a laser beam to a cooling work-piece at which a frost layer is formed in order to form a minute hole at the cooling work-piece, thereby preventing melt from being generated on the inner wall of a minute hole by the cooling action of a cooling member. CONSTITUTION: A laser machining system including an apparatus for forming frost includes a cooling work-piece forming unit(100), a frost layer forming unit(200), and a laser generator(300). The cooling work-piece forming unit forms a cooling work-piece(10) formed with a work-piece(11) of which the lower side has a cooling member(12). The frost layer forming unit forms a frost layer(20) on the surface of the cooling work-piece. The laser generator irradiates a laser beam(10) to the cooling work-piece in order to form a minute hole throughout the frost layer and the cooling work-piece.
