<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft drink that resists the growth of bacteria even if bacteria mix in and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: Adding water-soluble vitamins having amino groups to mineral water and the like proves to increase bacterial resistance in a type having no carbohydrates. For the vitamins, at least one kind selected from thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, and niacin is preferably used. Manufacturing process includes a sterilization step in which an aqueous solution having dissolved therein a water-soluble vitamin having an amino group is sterilized by ultrafiltration or by means of a ceramic filter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
