<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an iron loss by providing tensile stress to a stator core in a radial direction through a through bolt penetrated through the stator core in an axial direction and installed between brackets on both sides thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine is an assembly structure obtained by penetrating a stator core 1a made of a laminate of magnetic steel sheets in an axial direction thereof and installing through bolts 11 between brackets 5 and 6 arranged on both sides of the stator core. The yoke part of the stator core 1a has a plurality of bolt through holes 1b bored at axial symmetrical positions in a circumferential direction of the stator core. When setting a distance to the bolt through holes 1b bored in the yoke part of the stator core 1a as r1, a distance to bolt holes 5a and 6a bored into the brackets 5 and 6 as r2, on the basis of the shaft center O of the stator core 1a, and the distances as r1<r2 with respect to the bolt holes bored into at least one bracket, the through bolts 11 are bent in an assembly state and tensile stress in a radial direction can be provided by applying bending stress to the stator core 1a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
