<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a variation in phase shift amount. <P>SOLUTION: A phase shifter includes: a T type LCL low pass filter including first and second inductors and a first capacitor; and a T type CLC high pass filter including second and third capacitors and a third inductor. A phase shift is made on the basis of a phase difference between the low pass filter and the high pass filter. The inductors and capacitors are set to such values as reduce ΔΘ attributable to manufacturing variations, where Z<SB POS="POST">0</SB>is a characteristic impedance of a high frequency signal to be phase-shifted, ω is an angular frequency of the high frequency signal, and ΔΘ is a phase shift amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
