<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow more comfortable notification for a confirmation operation. <P>SOLUTION: Monitor items of driver's confirmation operation about a peripheral state of a vehicle are specified to determine whether confirmation operations for all monitor items have been executed or not. If it is determined that confirmation operations for all the monitor items have not been executed, confirmation operations which have not been executed are stored in storage means (S108).
