<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoreceiver covered by insulation resin, without using an expensive metal mold. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a photoreceiver comprises the steps of: applying insulation resin material 30a on a substrate 20 having a receiver 10 with a receiving part 11 arranged thereon; and disposing on the substrate 20 a mask 60 that has an opening part 61 larger than an outer shape size of the receiver 10 and a protrude 62 for damming formed around a peripheral edge of the opening part 61. An insulation resin 30 is formed to cover the peripheral edge of the receiver 10 and an upper face of the substrate 20, by expanding the insulation resin material 30a. Each side face of the receiver 10 blocks the insulation resin material 30a so that variations in the flow of the insulation resin material 30a become fewer at each side face of the receiver 10, and the photoreceiver can be smaller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
