<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common mode noise filter capable of easily adjusting a frequency which becomes an attenuation pole. <P>SOLUTION: In a common mode noise filter of the present invention, a first spiral conductor 12, a third spiral conductor 15, a second spiral conductor 13, and a fourth spiral conductor 16 are laminated in this order, the first spiral conductor 12 and the third spiral conductor 15 are magnetically coupled to constitute a first common mode filter section 21, the second spiral conductor 13 and the fourth spiral conductor 16 are magnetically coupled to constitute a second common mode filter section 22, and furthermore, a metal layer 20 is provided between the second spiral conductor 13 and the third spiral conductor 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
