<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and simply determine appropriateness of inner pressure by measuring deformation based on the inner pressure of a sealed container. <P>SOLUTION: In an inner pressure inspection apparatus of a sealed container 1 having a cover part 5 on either one of an upper end part and a lower end part of a barrel part 4 and constituted so that the cover part 5 is deformed by inner pressure, a laser type displacement sensor 13 for measuring a distance from the cover part 5 by irradiating the cover part 5 with a laser beam is arranged so as to be moved relatively to the cover part 5 in a direction along a plane parallel with the cover part 5. The inner pressure inspection apparatus finds out an integrated value of relative displacement between either one of a predetermined reference position whose distance from the laser type displacement sensor 13 is short and a predetermined reference position having a long distance out of a plurality of positions closer to the center side portions of the cover part 5 than a connection part integrating the cover part 5 with the barrel part 4 and the other position and determines the appropriateness of the inner pressure on the basis of the integrated value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
