<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device, an authentication system and an authentication program which can reduce labor of information management used for apparatus use authentication. <P>SOLUTION: An authentication server 100 which requests use authentication by transmitting authentication device information acquired from a connected authentication device 214b, and is connected to an electronic apparatus 200 for controlling use of functions on the basis of an authentication result replied from a transmission destination comprises communication means 13 which performs communication with the electronic apparatus 200 and authentication means 14 which performs the use authentication of the electronic apparatus 200. The communication means 13 receives the authentication device information from the electronic apparatus 200 and accepts a use authentication request. The authentication means 14 determines use authority applied to the electronic apparatus 200 on the basis of the authentication device information received by the communication means 13.
