<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor memory device capable of continuously programming data without repeatedly receiving program instructions and data, and to provide a continuous program control circuit and a program method for the same. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor memory device includes: a program pulse generating section for generating a write-in control signal and a program completion signal in response to a programming enable signal; a continuous program control circuit for receiving a buffer program instruction or a buffer overwrite instruction, and thereby generating a continuous programming enable signal in response to a program address and a data count signal; and a controller for generating the programming enable signal in response to the continuous programming enable signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
