<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide teaching tools for enabling a user to be conspicuous of the following voices as a language because only listening to English while paying no attention and conversation with foreigners cause the user to naturally understand English by using voices of the user's mother tongue, which thereby the user does not sufficiently practice such that the user understands and uses voices inherent to a foreign language as a language. <P>SOLUTION: Frequencies used very often in a target language and the mother tongue are read (1). The volume of frequencies rich in the mother tongue are suppressed and the volume of frequencies rich in the foreign language is increased to be reproduced as audio equipment (2). The user gets used to listening to various voices while paying no attention in this state (3). The user himself/herself can check whether the user efficiently pronounces voices of the language by recording and reproducing voices of the user himself/herself (4). The user actually can experience no sound belonging to the user's mother tongue during communication by using telephone or the like (5). All kinds of languages are coped with by selecting a frequency (6).
