摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection device, an electronic apparatus and a robot which can detect the direction of external force with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A detection device comprises: a first substrate 10 having a plurality of first capacitance electrodes 12 arranged around a base point P; a second substrate 20 arranged to face the first substrate with the first capacitance electrodes interposed therebetween; a dielectric body arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate and composed of elastomer or fluid; a second capacitance electrode 22 that is, between the first substrate and the second substrate, arranged to face the first capacitance electrode with the dielectric body interposed therebetween; and an elastic body projection 32 having a circular truncated cone or pyramidal trapezoid shape, whose center of gravity is located at a position where it is superposed on the base point P and which elastically deforms with its apex being in contact with the second substrate by external force, the elastic body projection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
