<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground connection structure which efficiently performs ground work by reducing a burden of a worker during connecting a ground terminal to a vehicle body and can prevent a deterioration in ground efficiency due to pour water. <P>SOLUTION: The ground connection structure for grounding a vehicle body includes a vehicle body provided with a mounting hole having a screw groove, a dedicated bolt side connector mounted in a mounting hole, and a harness side connector inserted into the dedicated bolt side connector. The dedicated bolt side connector includes a screw part that can be fastened and fixed to the mounting hole, and a first connection terminal projecting in a reverse direction from a screw part fastening direction, and the harness side connector includes an electric wire, and a second connection terminal projecting in a reverse direction from the extending direction of the electric wire.
