JOYSTICK PILOT PRESSURE CONVERSION VALVE FOR EXCAVATOR

PURPOSE: A joystick pilot pressure conversion valve for an excavator is provided to improve the operational sensitivity and reduce the impact due to the vibration during the operation of the joystick by reducing the impact and friction of a curved surface in a push rod and a cycloid cam. CONSTITUTION: A joystick pilot pressure conversion valve(100) for an excavator comprises a valve body(300), a plurality of spools, a plurality of push rod assemblies(200), and a cycloid cam(400). The valve body is connected to a joystick and comprises a plurality of fluid paths to form the moving paths of fluids. The spool vertically slides inside the valve body and opens or closes the fluid path. The push rod assembly corresponds to the spool and guides the moving path of the push rod. The cycloid cam is included in the upper surface of the valve body and transmits the pressurization power according to the control of the joystick to the push rod assembly.
