<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost air-conditioning system allowing cool air to enter a room, for example in a 24-hour ventilation system. <P>SOLUTION: A pipe cooler 11 accommodated in an underfloor space 4 between a floor of a building and a foundation 1 provided below the floor and embedded in the ground surface is provided on a circuit 9 for circulating a heat medium through an area to be cooled, and disposed on the foundation 1. The pipe cooler 11 is formed by providing pipes 12 and headers 16 disposed at an interval between a floor post 7 and a floor post 7 in a manner that it crosses vertically the underfloor surface 4 and avoids the floor posts 7 disposed via an interval with each other, and cools the heat medium passing through the pipe 12 in the underfloor space 4 by an evaporation heat caused by temperature difference between the ground surface under the foundation 1 and the underfloor space 4. The cooled heat medium is circulated through the circuit 9 by a pump interposed in the circuit 9 and cools the area to be cooled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
