<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a protection control device which can correctly record the time of day at which an event has occurred while a GPS signal is lost. <P>SOLUTION: The protection control device comprises: an event detection unit 14; a time measurement circuit 50 which sets a GPS time t and a clock time T in an event detected by the event detection unit 14 and outputs them as an event time of day, and also measures GPS signal lost times (Lt, LT) from when a GPS signal is lost to when the GPS signal is recovered with the GPS signal and a clock 6a, respectively; and a time log correction unit 10 which, on the basis of the GPS signal lost times (Lt, LT) from the time measurement circuit 50, approximates an event time of day Tα of an event which occurred while the GPS signal was lost to a time of day for which the GPS time t might have otherwise been set if the GPS signal was not lost. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
