<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus, an image forming system and a method which more efficiently cancel an error that has occurred. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes: a detection means that detects occurrence of an error which disables continuation of implementation of a requested job; a determination means that specifies, when the error is detected by the detection means, a portion which requires physical operation to cancel the error, and determines whether or not the physical operation is performed to the specified portion; a notification means that notifies about the occurrence of the detected error when a predetermined period elapses after the error is detected by the detection means; and a control means that stops the notification about the occurrence of the error by the notification means, or makes the notification means notify that there is the possibility that the physical operation to cancel the error is performed, when it is determined by the determination means that the required physical operation is performed before the predetermined period elapses after the error is detected by the detection means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
