<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data file arrangement device, system and method, and an image recorder, capable of arranging data files according to an action range of a user or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A folder to preserve a data file is determined by a priority order of user registration information or landmark registration information or a distance between the user registration information or the landmark registration information and a preparation position. Processing of determining a preservation folder according to the priority order of the user registration information is described. It is defined that first user registration information has a higher priority order than second user registration information. When the preparation position belongs to both of a first user registration area and a second user registration area, the data file is preserved in a first user folder of the higher priority order.
