<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide in-vehicle tablet holder devices 10 and 20 which allow a tablet PC 19 to be attached in a vehicle so that the tablet PC 19 is not obstructive to driving operations and operations and actuations of in-vehicle devices such as an air conditioner and an air bag. <P>SOLUTION: When the in-vehicle tablet holder device is set in a use position, a holder plate 13 overlaps with a monitor 31, and the monitor 31 is covered with the tablet PC 19 mounted on the holder plate 13. A driver can view the tablet PC 19 set in the front of the monitor 31 and operate a touch screen in the same manner as the driver views the monitor 31 and operates the touch screen on the monitor 31.
