<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive substrate which, although it makes use of transparent conductive film including a transparent conductive polymer, can be manufactured by a simple process and looks to advantage, and an electrostatic sensor and an electronic device incorporating the transparent conductive substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A transparent conductive substrate 10 comprises: a plurality of first regions 11 in which a film base material 2 and a transparent conductive film 1 including a conductive polymer are laminated one on another, the transparent conductive film 1 serving as a detection part; and a second region 12 which has a higher electric resistance value than the first regions 11 and is divided into the plurality of first regions 11. A color difference ΔE between the first region 11 part and the second region 12 part is 2.6 or less, and also the condition 1) or 2) below is satisfied: 1) The surface resistance of the first regions be less than 1.0×10<SP POS="POST">4</SP>Ω/sq., and a difference in surface resistance between the first regions and the second region be 0.5×10<SP POS="POST">4</SP>Ω/sq. or greater; 2) The product of the length (mm) of a portion enclosed between the adjacent first regions and the surface resistance (Ω/sq.) of the second region be 1.0×10<SP POS="POST">4</SP>mm Ω/sq. or greater. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
