<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of reducing the number of components in a communication device, while adding to the communication device an equivalent function to an interleave function after repetition. <P>SOLUTION: A communication device 10 includes: a memory for storing a transmission data; an output controller 131 for controlling the output of the transmission data stored in the memory; and transmission means for modulating and transmitting the data output from the memory.
