COMPOSITE POLYURETHANE SHEET WITH FORMATING PATTERN AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A complex polyurethane sheet capable of pattern forming is provided to reduce the thickness, to maintain the flexibility of a material, and to improve adhesion reliability. CONSTITUTION: A complex polyurethane sheet capable of pattern forming comprises: a release paper layer(10); a first layer film or a second layer film(20) laminated on the top of the release paper layer; and a polyurethane resin layer(30) formed on the top of the first layer film or the second layer film. The first layer film or the second layer film comprises thermoplastic polyurethane, TPU. The second layer film is made by two sheets of films having different hardness and melting points. The polyurethane resin layer comprises waterborne polyurethane containing a foaming agent. A manufacturing method of the complex polyurethane sheet comprises the following steps: forming the first layer film or the second layer film on the top of the release paper layer; and forming the polyurethane resin layer by coating the polyurethane resin on the top of the first layer film or the second layer film.
