<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing system able to correlate an operation member, provided on a lens barrel, with an arbitrary function from a body side, and to provide a control method for the photographing system. <P>SOLUTION: The control method comprises: an input step (S41) in which information on an operation part provided on a lens barrel is input; display steps (S43, S45) in which a piece of information on the operation part and a piece of information on the function of a camera body and/or a lens unit are displayed; determination steps (S49 and S51) in which whether the information on the operation part has been correlated with information on the function; and a correlation step (S53) in which correlation is carried out according to the determination result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
