<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target position detection device which is capable of searching a plurality of target objects even at night. <P>SOLUTION: Infrared images iu recorded in an image recording unit 33 and GPS/attitude data fd recorded in a data recording unit 34 are analyzed by target object position specifying means (image processing and coordinate calculation unit 21) to specify a position where an exothermic object exists, as a position of a target object. In this case, coordinate positions of the exothermic object on respective infrared images iu are associated with a direction vector line based on a position of an infrared camera 13 by the image processing and coordinate calculation unit 21 on the basis of the infrared images iu and the GPS/attitude data fd to generate a time series of a direction vector line group for the exothermic object, and a part common to respective direction vector lines constituting the direction vector line group is specified as absolute coordinates (latitude, longitude, and height) of the target object to output object point coordinate data ed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
