<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing the outside blade of a nose hair trimmer, which requires no complicated process, greatly improves productivity and increases design flexibility in shaping the slits of the outside blade. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the outside blade of a nose hair trimmer includes the following four processing steps (a) through (d): (a) long holes which are the slits are formed radially on a platy metal sheet; (b) this metal sheet is subjected to drawing so as to process the inner of the outside blade having the slits which extend axially from the forefront; (c) the inner of the outside blade is hardened; and (d) the inner of the outside blade is inserted into the internal side of the plastic outer of the outside blade in which a slit-like opening slightly wider circumferentially than the slits of the inner of the outside blade is formed, and the outer of the outside blade and the inner of the outside blade are integrated so that the internal edge of the slits of the inner of the outside blade is protruded slightly into the opening of the outer of the outside blade. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
