<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device capable of obtaining respective loads at a plurality of depressed points which are simultaneously depressed, and a method for detecting loads at a plurality of points. <P>SOLUTION: An input device 1 includes: a capacitive touch panel sensor capable of detecting each of a plurality of depressed points A and B simultaneously depressed on an operation surface 4a; a load detection sensor capable of detecting a centroid position and a centroid load at each of the depressed points A and B; and a control unit capable of calculating respective loads (z1 and z2) at points A and B on the basis of position coordinates (x1,y1) and (x2,y2), centroid coordinates (X, Y), and centroid loads (Z) of respective depressed points. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
