FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to a crossed-linked chitosan composition. The composition contains chitosan with a degree of deacetylation 30-75% and a cross-linking agent. Chitosan is randomly deacetylated. The molar ratio of the cross-linking agent to chitosan makes 0.2:1 or less at a number of functional groups in the cross-linking agent and a number of deacetylated amino groups in chitosan.
