<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for formation of high refractive index layer for an antireflection film, capable of suppressing occurrence of a defect associated with aggregation of metal oxide fine particles and increase in luminous reflectance. <P>SOLUTION: A composition for formation of a high refractive index layer contains (A) polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and (B) metal oxide fine particles. When the volume of the polyfunctional (meth)acrylate (A) contained in the composition for formation of a high refractive index layer is defined as (V<SB POS="POST">A</SB>) and the volume of the metal oxide fine particle (B) is defined as (V<SB POS="POST">B</SB>), the volume ratio of the metal oxide fine particle (B) äV<SB POS="POST">B</SB>/(V<SB POS="POST">A</SB>+V<SB POS="POST">B</SB>)} is 15 to 37% relative to the total volume of the polyfunctional (meth)acrylate (A) and the metal oxide fine particle (B). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
