<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of reducing labor of a user to re-establish connection, when the connection between an image formation device and a server is disconnected. <P>SOLUTION: A printer 100 initially establishes connection with a cloud server 300. When prescribed conditions are satisfied, the printer 100 disconnects the connection. After requesting establishment of the connection with the cloud server 300, the printer 100 transmits information for specifying own device to the cloud server 300. When receiving a print request, the cloud server 300 outputs a connection request to the printer 100 using the stored information about the printer.
