<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reliable identification of a succeeded or failed image transmission and thus to identify a freezed image. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for operating an image processor (1) having a plurality of images (7, 8, 9 and 10) where image signals that are digitally transmitted between a transmitter (2) and at least one receiver (3) temporally continue, image contents of the images (7, 8, 9 and 10) are overlapped with an alternating signal which changes at a signal alternating frequency before transmission and the signal alternating frequency is larger than or equal to a perceptual frequency which can be resolved by human eyes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
