DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR OSTEOPOROSIS AND BONE TURNOVER

PURPOSE: A system for diagnosing osteoporosis and bone turnover and a method thereof are provided to select a drug material for treating osteoporosis and bone turnover and to monitor treatment of osteoporosis and bone turnover. CONSTITUTION: A system for diagnosing osteoporosis and bone turnover comprises an insertion unit, a light emitting unit, a light receiving unit, and a control unit. The control unit is used for detecting a bone marker by measuring reaction degree based on the light quantity collected by the receiving unit. A method for diagnosing osteoporosis and bone turnover comprises the following steps: a step of inserting a cartridge(200) in which a gold-containing probe reacts with the bone marker contained in patient`s blood and urine; a step of measuring reaction degree in the cartridge using an optical technique; and a step of detecting the bone marker.
