<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slippery and releasable thermoplastic resin film which has superior lubricity, anti-blocking properties, heating non-adhesion, openability, superior winding characteristics, scratch resistance, relesability, and low slide friction resistance by forming a thermoplastic resin film with low temperature sealability and low density without spraying lubricant powder. <P>SOLUTION: The slippery and releasable thermoplastic resin film comprises two layers, a surface layer 1 formed of mixed thermoplastic resin prepared by mixing: 500-6,000 ppm fixed-shape organic particles A which neither fuse nor deform at a temperature of 320°C or lower and have a mean particle size of 5-15 μm; 100-5,500 ppm non-fixed-shape inorganic particles B which have a mean particle size of 3-20 μm; mixed particles C where the total addition amount of A and B is 600-10,000 ppm, and A and B are in proportion of 0.1:1 to 15:1; and 400-2,500 ppm fatty acid amide-based and/or fatty acid ester-based lubricant D including 60% or more of components having a carbon number of 16 or more by ≥60%, and a second layer 2 formed of thermoplastic resin over the surface layer 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
