<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley with a flange to which post-attachment parts can be firmly attached without deforming an outer circumference of a pulley to which a belt is mounted and without causing a failure by welding. <P>SOLUTION: The pulley includes a pulley outer circumferential section 2, a boss 3, and a flange 5. The pulley outer circumferential section 2 and/or the flange 5 are formed separately from the boss 3. The separately-formed parts are post-attached and firmly adhered. The post-attachment parts are attached to the boss 3 so that the deformation of the pulley outer circumferential section 2 may not occur. The boss 3 is hardly deformed and thereby the post-attachment parts can be attached firmly not to be disengaged from the boss. Since the pulley outer circumferential section 2 and/or the flange 5 are subjected to post-attachment, the flange 5 can be prevented from being caught when drawing a pulley body 6 from a metal mold 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
