<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece positioning method and a device that can precisely assemble a frame. <P>SOLUTION: Before performing welding, a displacement amount Lα which is a displacement from a reference that is a normal posture relative to a front frame assembly 14 of a rear frame assembly 16, and an action force px (reactive force) under a condition in which the rear frame assembly 16 is held in the normal posture, are measured. Based on the displacement amount Lα and the action force px which have been measured, a correction displacement amount D is calculated which is intended to return the rear frame assembly 16 to the normal posture when positioning of the rear frame assembly 16 is released after welding, such that the rear frame assembly 16 is correctively displaced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
